This is Mr. Damtew Negash (Kotofo), Ethiopian, born in the athletics town of Bekoji.

Kotofo has attended Information Systems (BSc.), Health Informatics (MSc.), and Management (BA) at Addis Ababa University.

Currently Damtew is working at Federal Ministry of Health, Ethiopia as Technical Advisor.
